Primary Hypparathardism
Primary hypoparatartism is due to excess pitiate release. Is basically some condition that is causing the parthyra glands to be abnormally over active. The most common conditions would either be an adnoma or hyper plasia. Treatment with lithium and hydrochlorothyside can unmask very early primary hypepartarism by raising the calcium level.
