How to Eat Green Vegetables

I always just think about trying to eat green vegetables with every single meal including breakfast. 300 to 500 grams of greens is a pretty good target and that's a good way to go. I don't focus a lot on fruits because especially as we get older, our sugar metabolism gets messed up for meeting so much high glycemic foods. If you're having any kind of trouble with weight, with energy, with mood, with blood glucose level, I'd encourage you to focus your attention on vegetables rather than thinking about 5 a day or any kind of thing like this.
