The Importance of Trust in Architecture
A common concern I hear from architects is that, you know, we're going to get between them and the owner. They want to have a fairly intimate relationship with the owner because they need to. The architect might do that to some degree, but the contractor can also do it all. And so I think there's a little bit of grandfathering in people thinking this is what should be taking place.
