What do employers do when employees have exhausted their sick leave or PTO, and they continue to call out? That's definitely a recurring question that we've heard in the Knowledge Center. How about exempt employees constantly coming in late? Or a posting on social media, they called in and said they're not going to be there because they're not feeling well. And then we get this one too a lot: Should we have an attendance point system at our company?
