The Beginning of a Transformation
I feel like for a leader to hold the space to do really significant transformation philosophically, that transformation has to be aligned in some ways with his or her values. That being said, I've been a part of successful transformations at a lot of levels of scale that really just started from a place of frustration combined with curiosity and not a larger awakening. So it's one of the areas that I'm very hesitant to come down on what motivates people because he feels like different things spark awareness and change in different people. Not everybody goes to AA because they hit rock bottom. Some people go toAA because they have to. Some people do it because they're sick of a pattern they're in
