serverless functions can only run for 30 seconds at a time. Search offerings are not ideal because you need to like be constantly indexing your database and that's very expensive. Use of service is the solution again, but I love Algolia. But it is a very expensive once you get going on large data sets. That's my thoughts on serverless limitations. Just things you need to know when you are approaching a new project with serverless.
