I think it's important when you're having these endocrine issues to work with multiple different practitioners. For this athlete right now, any amount of training might be hard. As long as you're not so deep in the throes of an unidentified eating disorder that you cannot heal emotionally while still moving, it's good to keep moving. And we worked with athletes with hypoethalemic amenorrhea a lot.
