Are You Committed to Hybrid and Flexible Working?

Federico: We've been talking about hybrid and flexible working for a while. It was sort of like a quest that was existed even before the pandemic. The numbers are very interesting as well, because when you looked at this last year in 2021,. 79% of people, organisations, sorry, were on board with hybrid and newsrooms. Fast forward to today, one year on 61% that are committed. So a slight decline. But does that still suggest to you that this is the direction of travel that news organisations are headed towards?
