The Importance of Resilience

When you say resilience, we screen for adjustment. Can they head down one path and then completely take a left turn and be OK with that? And the stereotypical CFO numbers person may struggle with that changing directions very quickly. So we want to know that they can do that. Because in growth mode, growth mode, oops. No, we're not. We're in grinded out mode. They've got to be comfortable in both, like you said, piece time war time.
