The government came along and said, yeah, this is the moment we're going to come in and have all of these unfunded tax cuts. I think that has taken watches and markets by complete surprise and why we are where we are. So yes, context already difficult, but the charge against the government is that they looked at that and thought, yeah, right? Okay. Now is the moment. That is the problem.
