How to Prioritize Across Multiple Projects

Don't get caught up in stressing about this sort of thing because there is no amount of like sitting down on a sheet of paper or with a whiteboard that's going to push out an answer for you. You just have to figure out a way to make some bets and try to survive those bets and figure out how to kind of double down on the ones that work or run back the stuff that doesn't.
