The Extinct Dinosaurs
Scientists estimate that around half of life on earth went extinct, including the ones at the top of the food chain. The extinction event could have killed off almost all erbivors that were not dinosaurs. Scientists match these dinoseurs footprints to dinosaurs skeletons and then use chemical methods to date them or find out how old they are. Back befor they became fossils, the dinosaurs were definitely eating.
