The Ways That Women Have Been Sscapegoated Throughout History

One of the largest scapegoats, not just in our society, but throughout history, have been women. And so having the challenges that I had, trying to follow a call to ministry in the Baptist church, it was a heart project at first. But then I got involved in reading Renee Girard and that really helped me kind of look at it through the perspective, not just of anthropology and history, but literature. Then that led me into using Girard to look at the gospels. So kind of all the things that I love came together in this project because the scapegoating helped me think about ways that I can help other women who are called to ministry. Right?
