Breaking the Social Media Prism
Chris bale wrote a book about how to escape the social media prism. He found that if you expose yourself to real radical voices on the other side, you're just going to become more angry and polarized. The people who are most likely to do that are the more sort of moderate voices or critically thinking kind of people he says. People don't want to engage but the more like people moderate the more those people pull out it's left for extremists.
