Toku Gawa - Tosa

The yamauchi family was exiled from their old fief in totomi province, what's now western chisoka. They had declared before the climatic battle of seki gahara for the toku gawa, but had not sent troops directly to take part in the fighting. So they would be shown some favor by being moved to tosa, which was officially registered at 202 thousand, 600 kokoo a year on paper. In reality, the province actually put out about 50 thousand more koku than that per year, thanks primarily to its logging industry deep in the forested interior.
