I think like every decision we make has an impact. We have lots of different identities within ourselves. And then when we make certain decisions, it does kind of move the bricks around a little bit. So I feel like I have to be really intentional about things I take on because I know the reality is if I feel overwhelmed, what that feels like isn't the same as for neurotypical people.
