My understanding is that the Federal Reserve as well as the banks can increase the overall money supply if they wanted to or pull liquidity out of the markets. If that is true then what you're saying is taking that one step further by saying that with the increase or decrease of the money supply quote-unquote that's out there that supply of money will find its way to where there is productivity and more commerce which is I think we agreed no the Fed can't really increase money supply production will increase money supply because again let's imagine the Fed tried to increase money supply in El Monte California it couldn't do it on its best day and it couldn't because there's very little production to rate that
