How Divers Inequity, Inclusion, Diversity Can Help New Employees
New employees need to continue to expand their network, because their net work is their net worth. I just think that they should m continue to to manage that network and manage whom they know. And with regard to affinity groups, ore really pointing at the role that divers inequity, inclusion, d e i can play in making this a positive on boarding experience for new employees.
