I didn't know much about Vern and Joe, I'll be totally honest. But it just opened my eyes up to how the game can be seen from a different lens. And so for me, it was great seeing the other side of coaching philosophy. You try and as a coach, trying to get better, you try and match different bits of the game and learn of the best practitioners,. form your own identity and philosophy.
