How Clarence Bardsai Invented Ice Farms
Clarence Bardsai started to realize that if you freeze a fish the fish freezes but then when you toss it just doesn't taste like fresh meat blood drips out of it. He was wondering why does freezing not work what's going on here. The best way to preserve fish is to salt it, he says. Inuit people were able to freeze a fish in the air within a second and they could keep stockpile of fish for year.
