The Unconstitutionality of Gerrymandering
The Supreme Court has ruled that gerrymandering can dilute the weight of votes. John Roberts says there's no adequate test to see if districts are improperly gerrymandered. The court is taking the same approach to fixing democracy as a mathematician, he says.
