How Does a Late Stage Review Process Work?

Sally Kohn: Human rights community insists on describing as cleared everybody who was ocayed for transfer and a lot of the press does this too. And i have no problem with this process. I look at this process and i say, that's exactly how you would want the system to work. A court finds that he's that that detention is reasonable and lawful. You have multiple rounds of review that all don't find that there are conditions under which you could release him. And then those con s are met and the persons transferred. But in no sense does it constitute that person being cleared, right? It constitutes a prudential judgment that at this point seven, 15 years, 16
