Putin's been a busy week, I guess. He admitted more or less for the first time that Western sanctions were really going to have an economic impact on Russians and all the Russians,. et cetera. And he had this rather stilted, you know, in his normal way, waxy, face-bearly moving. Then yesterday he hosted this, it was sort of a normal, meant to be a very normal meeting. It was a meeting for new diplomats who turn up in Moscow; they present their credentials.
