When i build an m n a team, what i have found is that my hunting ground is go to the big counting firms. They all have transactional diligence teams. And so if you can find a carismatic guy or lady who not only knows their stuff, but has that ability to then take it to the next level and be the front end of a deal team. I also look for private equity analysts that they worked in private equity earlie in their career,. The senior guys are the hunters, and they're out finding the deals, developing the relationships. So they kind of work is a wolf pack, a couple of em together.
