A, has that been exasperated in the last couple of years, more than before? Or has it always been this much of an issue? Think it's fair when people are talking about certain ways on different forms of nationalism. People who don't even go to church call themselves evangelical, and have the sense of thinking that we really are a kind of chosen nation.
