Blueberries are really good if you have any kind of vaginal yeast infection, anything like that. It coats the lining of that area and keeps pathogens from adhering to it. I would just eat blueberries like crazy if I had a UTI because they're very powerful in keeping that in balance. Iron corn toast is one of the best wheats for people who are gluten intolerant as it doesn't come from other wheat flour or goat grass which can cause allergic reactions.
