I'm Not Sure if It's a Career Change or a System Stress
I think it depends on if it's like a system stress, like I can't handle the growth or if it's a I don't know how to I have an elusive definition of success. Anything above that now feels like, oh, I am already way ahead of wherever I thought I was going to be at this point in my life just because of the career change basically. But the amount of work and being able to say no to things and create better efficiencies that's so that actually becomes fruitful. That's what I like to focus on. When that's not there, that's what that's what stresses me out to the point where I've burned out.
