There's so many great studies done on this, which increases average order value by 23% when you have a robust coaching structure in place. But for me, the most important thing and the biggest light that it shines on is something as ridiculous as 17% increase in overall results from a revenue point of view. It makes a complete sense, right? I mean, I like to look at it from a sports points of view. Like you have coaches that are concentrating on each player's certain aspects or part of their game that they need to improve. Why would you not do that in the workplace in that setting?
