Russia's Future in Technology Development
Russia is unlikely to be a global leading player in technology development in the future but it's still a very important space power. When it comes to technology I think China is already they've surpassed Russia there is no immediate need for them to acquire any technology from them and when it comes to the relationship with India we see that there might still be some interests when it concerns human space flight tourism exchange. It all plays into these actors sharing a view of a more multipolar global community which could be probably the strongest option for Russia going forward.
