Premarital Sex Is Breaking a Moral Code
Sally Kohn: There are far more compelling ways to have these conversations that are centered around people's humanity. She says the Bible doesn't talk about premarital sex because there's no such thing in the world of the Bible. "If you sleep with somebody and it's not one of the other three categories, you just entered into a covenantal financial and economic relationship with them," she says. The conversation should be about desires and indulgence rather than breaking a moral code, Sallie argues.
