Justice Has to Come With Plenty Is the Problem

If the lights went out in Chicago and stayed out for 10 days, I don't know how many days it would take for normal human beings to descend into anarchy. There would be pockets of order, but it's order without the luxury of slow justice like we're used to. Justice has to come with plenty is the problem. For most of our evolution, we humans were living in scarce environments.
