Building Empathy on a Team

Miro: I usually didn't have access to the designers during that process. You know, they would build the thing and then somebody in product would connect with the team. So I didn't understand the questions they had sometimes until we were doing the readout. That's a huge mess. And being embedded on a team, like this, this, because the advocacy is something that matters to me.
