How to Write a Good Legal Writing Sample
Where can people kind of look to find a good writing sample and obviously this is going to vary if you are a one-el versus if you're later on in your law school career. What would be appropriate? If you feel like you know maybe you didn't do so well in legal writing I think that's a situation where you need to evaluate some piece of this that is okay that I can use. You might even go talk to your TA or your professor about this and say look you know if I was going to use this as a writing sample what do you think I should do.
