The EU's 50 Billion Euros in Aid to Ukraine Has Been Depleted by the Pandemic
The EU will provide 50 billion euros in aid to Ukraine for 2024 to 2027. Meanwhile the EU's 2021-27 shared budget has been depleted by pandemic, war and energy crisis. Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov calls for UN Security Council to be widened. He wants more representation of Asian, African and Latin American countries.
