If you want to be a good leader, you have to care. The great leaders are people who think about other people and they think about organizational cultr in the corporate world. Just because you're god at your job doesn't mean you're a good leader. I means you're good at a skill, but it doesn't mean that you’re going to be motivating people to learn and work as a team and build a culture. It's like teaching five-year-old how to kick or dribble: You've got to become efficient at these skills right here.
