The Future of Cities

I'm not confident enough to change how I would look at a sector based on, you know, no one's going to live in downtown Chicago anymore now that we all go to the office twice a week or whatever. We do this hybrid world. There's going to be a lot of retro vits, I think. Some of the bigger real estate players have a lot of fairly new office space that's not being used. So there was one group in the inner loop of Chicago that was really trying to push for an inter agriculture college to be scaled up there. It didn't get much of a lag behind it due to zoning in Chicago and then the election came.
