I think that it's important i provide leadership where i'm here. But the real key is who you employ. Sadly, when you listen to the business programms at saint mark's and spencer's, their growth is down. Nobody looks at the well being of a business any more. They just look at profit as the only tenet of success. I believe we're going to be shifting. But there' so many questions, how we make that shift? We focus far too much on the person at the top. And i am because you let them. You can't know, if you're running marks and spences, how busy would you have to be to control the thousands
