How to Avoid a Fair on Public Transit on the TTC
I don't ever see parking enforcement actually giving tickets. It arranges from $235 to $425 if you ride transit without paying your fare. And meanwhile, the city has no money. We're talking about like, you look at the streets. I was on King Street a few months ago, and there was an actual crater in the middle of the streetcar track. The property tax hasn't been raised substantially in Toronto in decades.
