Is Low Low Training a Better Way to Train?

When you inflict this cuff and you start doing repetitions, you'll feel that burning sensation much more early. So what ends up happening is your muscle fatigues more quickly. And now you can no longer do 50 reps. You're just going to be able to get 20 repetitions with this fairly lightweight. It reduces the amount of work necessary to reach failure.
