The Importance of Optimal Temperature Ranges in Alcoholic Fermentation
The key thing to remember here is optimal temperature ranges, right? Exactly. And we look at like, you know, 152 153 is kind of like the average that that in Fahrenheit 152 153 something like 65 66 67 Celsius. That's a nice middle ground for amylase and beta amylase or for alpha andbeta amylase activity. Anything over right like 170 Fahrenheit or like 76 75 Celsius, those temperatures are going to result in denaturation of those enzymes.
