We were never going to rewrite it native because i just, i don't think you could deliver any benefits. We knowt we aren't sharing a lot of code between weban and mobile at the moment. For us, the realistic options were staying with the existing code base which had been around for 12 years. I'm not sure that's totally panned out yet, but i'm still confident it helps.
