Entrepreneurs don't have a boss. You work for them, but you get to decide what the best answer is. And you get to live or die on your own choices. Not this coffee machine has to be cleaned at 9 a.m., noon, and three even if I know it's not dirty. Why? Because Jim said so. It's doing things because that's what the system says that you're supposed to do. There's an insane amount of pressure with being an entrepreneur.
