The Importance of Stasis Break Points in PKPD
Stasis is a really important one for people to understand, because that is not the normal rule that is applied from a PKPD standpoint. And so when you put all of those rules into it, and again, read that 300 page document, very similar break points to what Mike just said. For Ama case, it dropped to four susceptible eight for resistant. The one thing that I think would be different from what we did back in 2018 to what CLSI does currently is that we gave pneumonia break points as well. It was a reasonable, and I still think even though we're changing our thought process on it, I still think it's a very reasonable thing.
