I'm generally not sending to neuropsychologists unless they're, unless they insist because PD, MCI, there is no treatment for that. There isn't even data to suggest that things like rivostigening or denapazil are helpful in that population. And you know, I don't feel like it's necessary to make another diagnosis in early PD patients of MCI and make them more scared about the future than they already are. But what, you know, the thing about movement disorders and neurodegenerative disease is that this is going to change so much in our careers, right?
