Resentment Is a Challenge, Right?
I think resentment does occur in some people and there's a kind of resentment towards these ideas that we can simply, you know, experience Buddha nature or experience the authentic self. I would say trust it. If you're somebody who for all this is just religious philosophy, don't reject it. But instead trust your lived experience,. where, whatever something broadly unhappy or frustrating the world is a bitch we know that it'll do anything to us and doesn't care. That's important. And if you dare get closer to it, befriend it even more - whether through meditation, meditation is probably superior but also through real fierce therapy, honest therapy.
