I've never seen a more deflated group of people in all my life, he says. It's just amazing how people's sense of worth and sense of achievement can be changed and people can feel below. And also the value of just bottom line responsibility for something. You know, once you have a bottom line that says, this is working or this isn't working...that's a very great leveler.
