The Colorable Argument for Prosecutorial Distinction
I just have zero sympathy for people who think that somehow this is all persecution of Trump. There's a colorable argument that they should have used, you know, prosecutorial discretion not to charge for like the first 31 counts of the indictment. If I were Ron DeSantis, I really don't understand why he can't make the argument or why any of them can't make it.
