The Cost of Renovating Bota High School

Dan Spannov bought Bota High School off the market for $100,000. He renovated it from "ruined" to a 750 square foot apartment building with quartz countertops and white subway tiles. A one bedroom rents for about 1,400 a month and a two bedroom rents for 1,600 a month. We split all of the profits and the expenses based on our proportional share in the project.
