Zoom Relationships - What Are Indications?

Zoom, for me, I'm type A, look to get to work. Let's get this thing done. In a Zoom relationship, you have to be more intentional about the vibe you want to create. The leader does kind of set the tone. Sometimes we hide our own Zoom or we're seeing ourselves through the lens of other people and it communicates something.
