How to Encourage Students to Listen and Read

If I were a teacher in a classroom, I could have 25 kids and I could set aside a range of content. And I would be able to follow how active they are,. How much they're reading, how much they're listening, how many links they’re creating... I wouldn't have to create lessons all the time. A very good teacher can stimulate students and inspire them and help them.
